While controversial issues frequently attract attention they can also alienate potential customers. Sometimes it is better to put a positive spin on public relations. A typical press release announces new leadership, products or services, but consider mixing it up a bit. A well written press release can be published increasing brand recognition and exposure. With that in mind, consider distributing press releases for the following:
Trade Show or Organization Participation a release is appropriate if an organization is participating, presenting or involved in a trade show or exhibit. These types of announcements are often visible in trade magazines with a very focused target audience.
Awards A press release announcing an award nomination, or win legitimizes your product or service as customers see you stand out in the industry.
Studies, Surveys or Research Projects Not only newsworthy, these things can show how your product helped to unveil new information about the world, or a new way of looking at an issue. Remember that academic writing is different than writing for press releases. Converting the study, survey or project results into layman’s terms and keeping it concise will make it easier for the general public to understand and more likely your press release will be picked up.

Some reasons To Use RSS
1. Readers can opt-into feeds
Like autoresponders, RSS allows your prospects to opt-into the feeds they are interested in and also be able to opt-out when they want to through their RSS feeds reader. It is almost similar to building a list of subscribers!
2. You don’t have to maintain an RSS feed.
This is a burden-take-off for savvy and busy Internet marketers as RSS is free to use and it doesn’t require that much effort as building a list. Of course, everything has its pros and cons. When you don’t need to spend time for your opt-ins, you won’t have a closer relationship with them and it makes promoting your product much harder.
3. You have the ability to Syndicate your content.
This is the true power of RSS. It gives you the ability to Syndicate your content - and e-mail your subscribers instantly letting your them know about your content right away.
4. Promotions and sales.
Again, similar to an autoresponder RSS lets you broadcast your promotions to your subscribers. This way, you can earn money through your RSS feeds as well.
5. No filter problems.
Every RSS feed passes through e-mail filters. You won’t have to worry about your message being filtered anymore while syndicating an article. All your messages are delivered 100% to your subscribers.
6. No spam complaints.
People who want to subscribe for your RSS feeds will need to do it with their RSS reader. They will need to abide by the Privacy Policy that you are allowed to send them your syndication anytime without being called spamming.

On page SEo deals with the way you present the text on the page and the meta data associated with that page.
1. Keyword Research
The first thing to do when optimizing web pages is to research your keywords. Wordtracker.com for the most accurate keyword search data.
2. Meta Tags
After you’ve done the keyword research, place your keywords in the meta keywords tag. The meta keywords tag does not carry a lot of weight, but it is taken into consideration by some search engines.
3. Meta Description
The meta description tag is a must do.The meta description carries at least a little weight in several search engines. An abstract of the meta description is often used by search engines in search results pages.
4. The Title Element
Of all on page factors, the title element, casually referred to as the page title, carries the most weight. Try to include your keywords along with promotional blurb which gives the consumer to choose your site instead of the competition.
5. Headings
Using heading within the copy of the page is not just good SEO; it also helps the reader anticipate the subject of the page (H1 tags) or the subject of the paragraph (h2 tags). The key here is to include your keywords within the headings.
6. Bold and Italics
Although their is no definitive proof, it is widely believed that using your targeted keywords in bold text and in italics helps search engines to identify your page as most relevant to those search terms.

Web DesignNo Comments
Whenever we utter the word design, beauty and style are the two features which knock our minds. These are the inherent features of any design. But, we should never overlook the purpose of designing. Web designing, in particular, is a matter more of purpose than of beauty or style. An aesthetically designed website would certainly catch attention of the surfers. But when you mean business your goal should be to reach your target user.
Sometimes it so happens that a website looks very beautiful and impressive in a particular browser. But when viewed in a different resolution and browser, the same website may not even show the plain text clearly. How a website would look also depends upon the operating system being used by the viewer. Such web pages will never be seen by those who are not using a perfect combination of browser, resolution and operating system.
The web designers should keep in mind that most of the surfers still use dial up. Your website should not take too long to load. Care should be taken that minimal and optimized images are used while designing the web pages. The ALT text attribute of the IMG tag should be considered. It helps the users tremendously.
Easy navigation and practicality must be given a higher priority. A beautifully designed website which is not easy to navigate will not be able to retain the viewer on the site for a longer time.
Two tables or one table inside another should be used for speedy loading of the page. Until the whole page loads the viewer will have something to look at.
You must avoid using functions which will respond only in a particular browser.
The use of the pop up windows should also be done sparingly. A visitor can get frustrated if unnecessary browser windows are opened. Not realizing that a new window has opened a viewer might get confused and if he cannot find the back button, he will not be able to return to your site.

Looking for the best web hosting provider
Well first, from my experience as a beginner a few years ago I was not able to find a reliable article or review (most of them are just paid advertising or Adsense place-holders !), and with so many offerings I didn’t have a clue on who to choose and why could two providers offer the “same” service for 2$ or 50$ per month. So if you are building your first web site, or are looking to change hosting providers, I am quite confident this article will be beneficial for you.
As a first thought, there is no such thing as an overall “best web hosting provider”. Your needs are unique and so are the service providers, so the idea is to find the best hosting provider for your own unique needs .
In this article, we assume you are looking for Shared hosting. Shared hosting is Web hosting in which the service provider serves pages for multiple Web sites, each having its own Internet domain name, from a single Web server. Most Web hosting companies provide shared hosting. Although shared hosting is a less expensive way for businesses to create a Web presence, it is sometimes not sufficient for Web sites with high traffic

Fortunately there are more ways than one to increase website traffic. If you don’t mind spending a few bucks to attract visitors, the options obviously increase. But let’s examine what you can do to increase website traffic totally free of cost.Â
Five Ways To Boost  Your Web SalesÂ
1. Search engine and directory submission: This is the first step towards effective website promotion. Don’t wait for the search engines to find your site. Go ahead and submit to them voluntarily. Submitting a sitemap would be better and will encourage the search engines to examine your site more often. Visits by the Search Engine Spiders are a key way to increase website traffic.
2. Top search engine ranking: Search engines drive maximum traffic to websites. Millions of surfers depend on search engines to locate the information they want. Research proves that people won’t usually go beyond 2-3 results’ pages (top 30 results) in their quest. Now you know the importance of gaining a top listing.
3. Listing in the top directories: Don’t ignore directory listings for your website; they get you about 10% of the traffic. You can really increase website promotion through the directories. The directories have human edited listings, and are more reliable and relevant. Don’t ignore Open Directory Projects, such as DMOZ.
4. Build link popularity: Top search engines count inbound links when ranking your website. Look for free link exchange programs. You can increase website traffic by including relevant links to your site. Some website owners use free blogs as lead generation tools. These things definitely help in your website promotion efforts. They are also a direct means to increase website traffic for free! Free classified ads that allow links to your URL are also good ways to increase website traffic.
5. Article marketing as traffic drivers: A relatively new but powerful website promotion tool and excellent website traffic booster. Publish articles on Ezine and Article Directories. Articles create interest in your website as you are seen as an expert. Having your URL and anchor text listed increases your number of relevant inbound links.

You probably know what an autoresponder is, but aren’t quite sure what all the fuss is about. If you aren’t sure what an autoresponder is, well in short it’s a way to automatically email your prospective customers with a personal message in order to increase your sales.
1 Benefits
- You can grow your list of prospective customers and send each of them a personalised Email. - You can then follow up each of these emails with repeat personalised emails, with varied content, at later dates. - You can track your conversions - You can send out broadcast emails to all your current prospects whenever you have a new product. - You could even setup another set of emails to go out to your existing clients to tempt them back for your new offering
Well its all to do with converting leads into sales. Put simply, research shows that if you address the prospective customer by name then the person is six times more likely to take notice of the email and follow through to your site.
So why don’t most people do this? The answer is simple - effort. Imagine having to email all your prospects, by name. This becomes an insane task, even with only a few hundred prospects.

Articles in the directories will be indexed in the search engines on their own page, with your link at the end. So 5,000 pages with your article increases your chances of a search engine user locating it, reading it, and visiting your site afterwards. Why? They want more info or have come to the conclusion that you know what you are talking about, if it is a very informative article. While these pages move up in the SERP’s over time the page they are linked to will move up also. For Search Engine purposes, the backlink that follows the article should not have the article on it. Why? Search engines like unique content and the visitor doesn’t want to read the same article over. They want more relevant info that wasn’t included in the article.
